The room is well decorated and new-fashioned with the most comfortable beds and luxurious furnishings. Staff is attentive and you can park your car nearby. It has comfortable and perfect location in Sanur Beach district next to centre, Spa restaurants, laundry service and the airport.

The restaurant was small for breakfast and lunch, we ordered excellent dishes. Terrific services were available. Besides, there was parking nearby.

One drawback was that my room didn't have a window with a view, which wasn't mentioned in the hotel description. Additionally, some of the staff had difficulty speaking English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.
