I had an exceptional stay at Akaya Bali in Sanur! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with the most comfortable beds and linen. The bathroom was luxurious and the shower was a treat. The hotel provided high-quality natural soaps and toiletries, which added a special touch. The daily room cleaning was thorough, making it feel like a brand new room every day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. The pool was warm, clean, and a great size for a relaxing swim. The entire property was well-maintained, clean, and looked brand new. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Sanur.
One drawback was that my room didn't have a window with a view, which wasn't mentioned in the hotel description. Additionally, some of the staff had difficulty speaking English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

The bustling street is lined with shops and entertainment venues, ensuring there is no shortage of things to do and explore. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, with tasteful decor and all-natural, eco-friendly toiletries. The staff is outstanding and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Breakfast at the adjacent cafe is excellent, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax.
The rooms, although well-maintained, may feel a bit small and cramped for some guests.

Our stay was exceptional, the staff was beyond welcoming and hospitable. The location was central, making it easy to find good restaurants, supermarkets, and even a gym/yoga/massage center. The pool was well-maintained and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Guests can also expect a good breakfast that is served at an adjacent cafe. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, with lush plants on each balcony and lots of power sockets in the room.
There were a few instances where the pool was unavailable to guests due to dive training sessions, which was not communicated effectively.
